Connect dependencies across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations. Surface decisions, risks, and issues requiring leadership attention. Prepare concise program updates, dashboards, and readiness summaries for stakeholders. Help continuously improve NPI and GTM processes, tools, templates, and operating cadence. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple activities, milestones, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify issues, follow up on actions, and drive closure. Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in program or project management, product development, engineering, operations, marketing, or a related environment.
