Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor patient progression, identify areas of concern, and adjust care plans accordingly
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect for all individuals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services
• Utilize technology and documentation systems to streamline care coordination and communication

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
