Server- Full Time - \$12.00 per hour plus tips The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests. This role provides attentive, friendly, and efficient service in accordance with hotel and brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival through departure. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service. * Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. * Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy. * Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns. * Refill beverages and clear tables throughout the dining experience. * Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions according to hotel policies. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and work areas. * Set up and break down the restaurant before and after each shift. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. * Work collaboratively with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members to ensure efficient service. * Assist with banquet or special event service when needed. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Previous serving, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred but not required. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math and cash-handling skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
