Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm) 5. Perform assembly of lighting components according to work instructions 6. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently 7. Inspect parts for accuracy and quality 8. Meet production rates, including piece-rate opportunities Production Assembly Qualifications: 1. Must be available for overtime (typically 1-2 hours after shift) and must be able to work 1 Saturday a month (scheduled in advance) 2. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred 3. Requires good use of hands 4. Applicant may be subject to a background check 5.
