Ensure compliance with enterprise security guidelines and participate in audits as required.
Incident Response & Support
Respond to high-priority production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution across teams.
Provide deployment, upgrade, and troubleshooting support for multiple enterprise projects, maintaining required service levels.
Collaboration & Communication
Work effectively in fast-paced, multi-tasking enterprise and virtual environments.
Partner with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver secure, governed, and high-performing BI solutions.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines.

5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting MicroStrategy environments.
5+ years of experience with Power BI, including report setup and workspace management.

Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Deep understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, security, and administration tools (Developer, Object Manager, Command Manager, Workstation).
Experience with MicroStrategy Customer Managed Cloud and AWS QuickSight is highly desirable.
