Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting reviews, including variance analysis and commentary on business performance.
Work closely with Accounting and FP&A leadership to ensure internal financial reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with US GAAP.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions that translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Maintain and execute SOX controls associated with financial reporting activities.
Lead key quarter-end review activities, including financial variance discussions, controller-level reporting reviews, and accounting change assessments.
