Execute functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Identify, document, prioritize, track, retest, and close defects. Support root-cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.
Partner with developers, analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to validate complex business workflows, integrations, and customer-facing features.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using mabl. Build reusable components and analyze results to expand coverage and efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

7+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.

Experience writing SQL queries to validate data accuracy, integrity, transformations, interfaces, and business transactions.
Experience with regression testing, defect management, and Agile or Scrum delivery practices.
Strong analytical troubleshooting, problem solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and customer focus.
Preferred: Insurance application testing experience, including policy lifecycle, coverage, billing, payments, claims, underwriting, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, communications, and regulatory requirements.
