We are seeking a highly motivated full stack developer to join a focused remote software development team. The team turns complex software requirements into reliable, scalable solutions for a SaaS risk and compliance AI platform. You will implement new features and fix bugs in the production codebase for our client.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Deliver new features and maintain production code for a SaaS risk and compliance AI platform.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA.
• Build and enhance frontend interfaces with React, Material UI, and TypeScript.
• Design and support scalable, high-quality web applications.
• Integrate and work with messaging systems including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (OpenTofu).
• Leverage AWS services such as S3, EC2, and RDS (PostgreSQL).
• Collaborate using Jira and Confluence to plan, track, and document work.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Complete onboarding activities, including a background check.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of Java enterprise development with Spring Boot and JPA.
• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Terraform (OpenTofu).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, and RDS (PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency with ReactJS, Material UI, and TypeScript.
• Experience building and supporting scalable, high-quality web applications.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Nice to have: Spring AI experience.
