GLOVIS: Analyst

The Analyst, National General Affairs position will process invoices, reconcile company credit cards, and assist with purchasing.

Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards

• Verify PRs,TRs have been submitted for all purchases and travel arrangements.
• Gather backup/receipts for all items on the credit card statements
• Process using the portal system and SAP system

Processing Invoices

• Enter Invoice information in the portal system
• Keep track of spending and prepare monthly report on spending
• Transfer invoices into SAP system
• When needed, fill out payment request forms for urgent payments
