- Responsible for researching and analyzing incoming hearing requests, determining proper procedures to follow, creating supporting documentation, processing claims on final determinations and updating the Hearing database.
- Analyzes documentation and makes a determination on how to proceed to provide a case reevaluation.
- Creates documentation supporting the determination including letters and Position Statements.
- Processes Claims and TARs based on the final determination.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
