AVANTOR: Quality Inspector, Kitting

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

• Complies with company policies, procedures, work instructions and training requirements. Positively Influences peers and other line-level personnel to comply and adhere to applicable requirements.
• Carries out responsibilities in compliance with the Quality Manual and applicable regulations (cGMP, MDD and GDPMDS).
• Performs attribute inspection activities to determine acceptability of kit, components, and/or shipped packages; documents the results.
• Sends kit back to production team or manually corrects kit when errors are discovered; documents and tracks any errors.
• Performs batch record review for conformance to Good Documentation Practices.
• Performs assembly lot review and forwards documentation to Supervisor/Manager.
• Physically demarcates, stages, packs and/or palletizes accepted kits/shipped orders.
• Assists in the maintenance of an organized production environment, free of distractions and debris.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
