Join elev8.io - where marketing meets mission.
At elev8.io, we help behavioral health treatment centers grow so more people can find the care they need. We're building a content engine out of our Tampa office, and we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator Intern with a sharp eye, strong organization, and the drive to learn how modern marketing gets made.
About the Job
As our Marketing Coordinator Intern, you'll be the on-site lead for content production in Tampa. You'll run our studio and podcast setup, partner directly with our CEO on video and podcast shoots, and make sure every piece of content meets our standard before it goes live.
The system is already built: professional studio equipment and AI tools that produce near-finished video in a single pass. Your role is to bring it to life and help us scale from one piece of content a day to several.
Your north stars: quality, consistency, and output.
What You'll Do
Content Production
- Set up and run the in-office studio, including cameras, lighting, audio, and podcast equipment
- Prep each shoot, from scripts and talking points to wardrobe, background, and framing
- Review and refine AI-generated video edits, including subtitles, cuts, thumbnails, and lighting
Publishing & Social
- Publish and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Capture photos and short-form clips around the office and at events
Events & Operations
- Coordinate logistics for local events and industry conferences, including booth setup and on-site content
- Manage your work and deadlines in ClickUp
- Follow our privacy standards on every shoot. We work in healthcare, so protecting patient information always comes first
What You Bring
- Based in the Tampa area and available to work on-site 2-3 times per week
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for style and design
- Highly organized, with consistent follow-through on deadlines
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly, including AI tools
- Bonus: studies in marketing, communications, film, or design; experience creating content for a brand, organization, or personal channel; basic camera, lighting, or audio experience
No video editing software experience required. Our internal workflow handles the core editing, and we'll train you on the rest.
Why Work With Us
- Mission with Meaning: Your work helps behavioral health facilities reach more people looking for treatment.
- Work Directly with Leadership: Partner with our Senior Leadership team and see how a growth company operates across marketing, sales, and technology.
- Hands-On with AI: Work every day with the AI tools that are changing how content gets made.
- Flexible Schedule: Hours built around your classes.
How to Apply: Apply with your resume and 2–3 samples of your work (social posts, photography, video, or design).
