Compensation and Benefits

Professional Therapists start at $55-$65/hour with tips
Additional pay for add-on services
Pay for no-shows/late cancels
Hiring bonus for team members both part-time and full-time
Paid in‑house training, CE support, and paid CEUs (online & in‑person)

Qualifications and Skills

Completed or pursuing a Massage Therapist educational program.
Licensed in Connecticut or in the process of obtaining Connecticut massage therapy certification/licensure.
Passion for client care, teamwork, and professional growth
