We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedQuality Systems Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role requires strong collaboration across teams to support audits, manage quality documentation, and implement corrective and preventive actions that improve product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. ## What will you be doing? Lead the development and maintenance of a risk-based Quality Management System aligned with industry standards such as IATF 16949 and semiconductor manufacturing best practices. Facilitate risk assessments including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and other APQP documentation. Establish and maintain risk registers and monitoring systems to track quality and operational risks. Develop mitigation strategies to reduce product defects, process variability, and supply chain risks. Manage and improve QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records. Ensure the QMS supports traceability, process control, and defect prevention across operations. Monitor system performance using KPIs and quality metrics. Lead internal and external audits, including customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
