Strategic Growth Program Manager - Advanced Packaging

Position Overview Qnity is seeking a highly driven Strategic Growth Program Manager to organize and lead a portfolio of enterprise-priority growth and incubation programs supporting the Advanced Packaging strategy. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, disciplined execution, high energy, and influential leadership in a global, matrixed organization and an uncertain, rapidly evolving market environment.

The preferred work location for this role is hybrid at Qnity’s headquarters in Wilmington, DE. Other locations will be considered, with particular interest in candidates based in the Bay Area, Arizona, Taiwan, and other locations aligned with Qnity’s footprint and the broader semiconductor and advanced packaging industry.
