Java Full Stack Developer (Java and React) Candidates should be willing to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

About the Role EITACIES is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering experience and solid frontend development skills using React. This role will work on enterprise-scale applications supporting high-volume business operations, modern web platforms, API integrations, and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java and React.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git-based source control systems.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
