  • Deliver impactful presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and coaching sessions that connect technology capabilities to real-world branch applications.
  • Partner with field leaders, branch teams, and home office stakeholders to identify learning needs and create solutions that support business objectives.
  • Apply adult learning principles, learner feedback, and performance insights to continuously enhance learning experiences and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Desktop Team to understand upcoming enhancements, incorporate field feedback, and prepare branches for successful implementation.
  • Support technology adoption through guided practice, reinforcement activities, targeted learning campaigns, and ongoing performance support.
  • Analyze participation data, learner feedback, and adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team while contributing to key initiatives and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Act as an early adopter and advocate for emerging tools and capabilities, helping bring them to life through effective training, coaching, and support.

This role requires approximately 10% travel.
