Process Technician

We are currently seeking a 1st shift Tool Prep at our Reding, PA Facility

• Become familiar with all safety equipment and always follow established safety practices
• Report all safety hazards or violations to management immediately
• Thoroughly clean tooling in preparation for future production runs
• Prepare and assemble tooling to be installed by the Process Technician
• Document tooling issues, tool location and die inventory
• Request and or perform minor tooling repairs
• Safely store tooling in designated areas and maintain spreadsheet containing those locations
• Maintain a clean work area
• Work closely with Tool Shop to ensure tooling is in working condition
• Make suggestions to improve and/or reduce total downtime due to tooling
• Adhere to all Easypak LLC established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a job that required use of tools for equipment changeover preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive stand up fork truck
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
