Pediatric Nurse Practitioners - Bring Healthcare Home

Pheonix Arizona | In-Home Preventive Care

Looking for a way to practice that gives you more autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and flexibility outside the traditional clinic setting? EasyHealth is growing our Nurse Practitioner network in Flag Staff Arizona, Washington, and we're looking for experienced, compassionate NPs who want to make healthcare more accessible; one home at a time.

What You'll Do

You'll meet members where they are, literally. During scheduled in-home visits, you'll conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments that help identify care needs, close important gaps, and connect members to appropriate ongoing care. This is not a traditional primary care practice or packed clinic schedule. You'll have the opportunity to focus on the member in front of you and deliver a thoughtful, high-quality assessment.

Why NPs Choose EasyHealth

  • Flexible scheduling that works around your availability
  • Autonomous practice in the community
  • Meaningful one-on-one patient interaction
  • No traditional clinic environment or back-to-back exam rooms
  • Administrative and operational support from the EasyHealth team
  • Opportunity to improve access for members who may face barriers to care
  • Growing opportunities across Oregon and Washington

We're Looking for NPs Who

  • Hold an active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
  • Are nationally board certified
  • Must be certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Must be PNP-PC – Pediatric Primary Care NP
  • Must be registered Medicaid
  • Are comfortable conducting comprehensive Medicaid health assessments, identifying care gaps
  • Have strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
  • Are comfortable traveling locally for scheduled in-home visits
  • Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive clinical organization
  • Bring warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication skills into every member's home

Ready for a Different Kind of NP Opportunity?

If you're looking for flexibility, independence, and meaningful patient interaction without the traditional clinic setting, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and let's start the conversation.
