RBT - Part-time

Wonder Star ABA provides high-quality, individualized ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RBT to join our team in Hilliard, OH and help children build meaningful skills at home and in their communities. Monday-Friday 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM Position Details – RBT

• Type: Part-time
• Pay: $17–$25 per hour
• Hours: 25–27 hours per week
• Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)

• Implement ABA treatment plans as designed and supervised by a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to children with autism in home or school-based settings.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors safely and consistently.
• Communicate observations and session updates to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate professionally with families and caregivers during sessions.

What We're Looking For – RBT

• RBT certification in good standing.
• Able to work onsite in Hilliard, OH.
• Reliability and strong professional ethics when working in client homes/schools.
• Clear, respectful communication with children, families, and supervisors.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions and accept feedback.
