Location: Wilson, NC
Schedule: Part-time | Every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 6am-10pm with overnight stay into Monday morning
Pay: $15/hour
Work Setting: On-site at a 24-hour care group home in a warm and friendly, family environment.

As a Direct Support Professional, every day is a chance to make someone's day a little brighter! You'll build meaningful relationships while helping individuals gain confidence, independence, and life skills that support their personal goals. From assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and health-related needs to exploring community events, favorite hobbies, and new adventures, no two days are exactly alike. - Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed
- Ensure member health, safety, and well-being at all times
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
- Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings the experience, skills, and commitment needed to succeed in this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.
- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are a must!
