• As a Eagles Manager, ensuring a great customer experience is the number one priority. Our Managers are required to do the following:
• Serve as a role model in performing the CSA requirements.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing work using shift assignment sheets, restroom checklists and other tools provided by the company.
• Learn and ensure execution of all company programs including appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, promotions, mystery shop and restricted sales.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure an efficient operation and exceptional shopping experience for all customers
• Perform all accounting and control functions required.
