ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee field manager installation-task ownership, territory alignment, jobsite execution, and timely resolution of shortages and repairs.
- Participate in Monday QO scrums, city team meetings, and company-wide calls; maintain responsive communication and close outstanding email follow-ups by Friday.
- Handle manager-level escalations and escalated jobsite inspections, coordinating corrective actions with field teams, installers, and builders.
Financial & Performance Accountability
- Review installation gross profit and job-margin trends with the GM; identify causes of unfavorable results and execute corrective actions.
- Manage and follow through on installer and builder back charges, claims, team expenses, installer invoice submissions/approvals, and assigned payroll/PTO processes.
- Review aging accounts receivable and partner with the appropriate team members on collection follow-up and resolution.
People Leadership & Team Culture
- Coach and support field managers; participate in growth reviews, performance evaluations, quarterly goals, and individual development plans in coordination with the GM.
- Help maintain appropriate Dallas staffing and ensure effective onboarding and training of new city team members.
- Check in regularly with team members across city departments, reinforce accountability and company processes, and build a positive, connected culture.
- Coordinate city lunches, team outings, and installer appreciation activities.
Builder Relationships & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Provide timely updates to the GM on risks, team performance, customer issues, financial exceptions, and decisions requiring GM approval.
What Success Looks Like
Installations and repairs are coordinated and completed with fewer avoidable issues; field managers own their work; claims, back charges, invoices, and receivables receive timely follow-up; builders receive proactive communication; and the Dallas GM/AGM has reliable visibility into team performance, margins, and escalations.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in construction operations, field supervision, flooring/tile installation, or a comparable service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to coach team members, coordinate multiple workstreams, and hold people accountable without losing strong relationships.

- Clear written and verbal communication; sound judgment with difficult builder, installer, and team-member conversations.
- Strong organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Willingness to visit active construction sites and work collaboratively across departments.
Working Relationship & Decision-Making
