The Role in Brief:

Account Executive, Hybrid

Hybrid is seeking a client-focused, highly organized Account Executive to support our higher education partners after the sale, ensuring successful delivery of digital media campaigns and a strong overall partner experience.

In this role, you will serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for college and university partners, coordinate with internal paid media and creative teams, monitor campaign progress, and communicate results and recommendations in a clear, compelling way. You will help keep campaigns on schedule, address partner questions, and build relationships that support long-term success.

As campaigns approach completion, you will also support renewal conversations and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships. This is primarily a post-sale client engagement and campaign management role, rather than a new-business sales position.

This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Account Executive manages ongoing partner relationships and the coordination, communication, and performance reporting associated with digital media campaigns, while supporting renewals and account growth.

Client Engagement & Partner Relationships

· Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for college and university partners following the sale, building trust through responsive, proactive communication.

· Lead regular partner check-ins, campaign status meetings, and performance reviews; clearly communicate progress, results, and next steps.

· Understand each partner’s enrollment goals, priorities, and expectations, and ensure internal teams are aligned to those objectives.

· Address questions and concerns promptly, manage expectations, and escalate issues appropriately to protect the partner experience.

Digital Campaign & Project Management

· Coordinate campaign launches, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and ongoing activities with Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and other internal teams.

· Track multiple active campaigns and partner requests simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps remain clear.

· Monitor campaign pacing and progress, proactively flagging risks, changes, or opportunities to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

· Maintain organized account documentation, meeting notes, action items, and campaign updates.

Campaign Performance & Reporting

· Develop a working understanding of digital advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, and other relevant media tactics.

· Partner with paid media specialists to interpret campaign performance and translate metrics into accessible, actionable updates for university partners.

· Present campaign results and recommendations in partner meetings, connecting performance to recruitment, lead generation, and enrollment objectives.

· Collaborate with internal experts to identify campaign optimizations and ensure partners understand the rationale for recommended adjustments.

Renewals, Growth & Collaboration

· Support end-of-campaign reviews and renewal discussions by demonstrating campaign value, outcomes, and opportunities for continued partnership.

· Identify potential upsell or expanded-service opportunities based on partner needs and campaign results, collaborating with commercial leaders as appropriate.

· Maintain accurate account records and relevant renewal information in Salesforce or comparable systems.

· Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture and stay informed about digital marketing and higher education enrollment trends.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

· 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or a related client-facing role.

· Experience coordinating multiple projects, campaigns, or client deliverables with competing timelines and priorities.

· Experience communicating directly with clients or external stakeholders, including leading meetings or sharing progress updates.

· Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Working knowledge of digital marketing or paid media concepts and comfort interpreting performance data.

· Ability to travel periodically for client meetings and industry events.

Ideal Qualifications:

· Experience at a digital marketing, advertising, or performance media agency, particularly in a client-facing capacity.

· Experience working with higher education institutions, student recruitment, or enrollment marketing.

· Familiarity with paid search, paid social, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or digital campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate.

· Experience preparing campaign performance reports, leading client reviews, or translating data into clear recommendations.

· Exposure to client renewals, account growth, upselling, or other commercially focused account management responsibilities.

· Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB's mission, values, and aspiration.

Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
