Work with procurement, and panel fabrication teams to ensure qalify through monitoring suppliers, third party panel shops, component vendors, and subcontractors using risk-based criteria, performance scorecards, audits, and corrective-action follow-up.
Train engineering, fabrication, field, and commissioning teams on quality, testing, document control, configuration management, and mission-critical reliability practices.
Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

Experience applying owner and colocation-provider requirements, availability and resilience frameworks, and redundancy architectures such as N, N+1, 2N, or 2N+1.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, project management, fabrication, construction, commissioning, supplier, and client teams.
Relevant credentials - such as PE, CxA, ASHRAE BCxP, ASQ CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE, or Lean Six Sigma certification - are preferred.
