We’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Corporate office.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing team with marketing initiatives of E&S Ring Management, which operates a portfolio of apartments in southern and northern California. We are looking for a creative and intellectual who can learn systems quickly and is a team player, as we support all marketing needs of the properties we own and manage.

Essential Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Create content for email campaigns with graphic design and copywriting ensuring it resonates with our target prospects and resident audience.
• Maintain the quality and brand consistency of digital assets across all platforms.
• Help maintain internal corporate communication websites, property websites, and social media accounts.

Marketing Projects

· Coordinate signage and promotional requests with the marketing team, property staff, and third-party vendors.

· Help schedule photoshoots and make photo selections.

• Make corporate and property website updates when applicable to copy, amenity lists, photos, and other online content.
• Assist with the management of marketing projects, including website development and system implementations.

Collateral Development & Brand Consistency:

Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and ensure brand alignment

across various platforms, including websites and social media.

Property Management Software

Assist with property management and leasing software, internet listing services, and third-party reputation management software. Analyze reputation scores across the portfolio.

Technical Support, Systems Management, Analytics

Provide technical support when needed for marketing department and help with ticketing systems. Knowledge of how to work Google Analytics and other tracking software to help analyze ad spend is a plus.

Event Planning

Assist and coordinate with the marketing department in rolling out company-wide events and conferences.

Onsite Visibility

At times, travel to properties to help evaluate marketing needs and areas to assist in the improvement of property marketing and leasing.

Minimum Experience/Training/Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketin, Design, Business, Analytics or a related field.

Experience

1 – 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a self-starter attitude.

Technical

· Adobe In-Design and Photoshop.

· Illustrator and Premiere are a plus. Skilled in using multifamily related software and AI systems is also a plus.

Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects

and meet deadlines.

Software

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience with Yardi, Elise AI, Reputation, and full Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Equipment and Tools Used

Computers, computer printers, telephones, fax machine, photocopier, cellular phone.

Physical Requirements

Primarily sedentary work, with some bending and kneeling for file access. Occasionally requires lifting up to 15 pounds. Regular use of computers and telephones.
