What You'll Do

You'll set up and operate CNC external thread grinding equipment to manufacture precision components. You'll:

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC grinding equipment
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Make tool, offset and program adjustments
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
• Work with Production, Quality and Engineering to solve problems and improve processes

What We're Looking For

We care about experience, but we also care about mechanical ability, attitude, curiosity and the desire to learn.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• CNC machining experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• A problem-solving mindset
• Pride in producing quality work

Experience with thread grinding, lead screws, ball screws or cylindrical grinding is a plus, but don't let the lack of direct thread-grinding experience stop you from applying.

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. Initial training is conducted on 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Sign-on and referral bonuses are subject to applicable program terms and eligibility requirements.
