Job Description

•Proven experience as a CNC machinist and programmer in a precision machine shop.

•Ability to program, set up, and operate both CNC mills and CNC lathes.

•Strong blueprint-reading skills, including the ability to interpret tolerances and GD&T.

•Practical knowledge of G-code and experience using CAD/CAM programming software.

•Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and work holding.

•Ability to inspect your own work and consistently produce parts that meet specifications.

•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

•A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
