Are you an experienced sales professional who knows the corrugated packaging industry and understands the value of strong customer partnerships? Dynamic Dies, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to support and expand our business throughout Cincinnati and Southern Ohio.

With more than 50 years of manufacturing expertise, Dynamic Dies supplies high-quality cutting dies and printing plates to customers in the corrugated industry. This opportunity offers an existing portfolio of customers rather than requiring you to develop an entire territory from the ground up. You'll have the ability to build on established partnerships, uncover additional sales opportunities, and introduce our capabilities to prospective customers.

Your Role in Our Success

As our Territory Sales Representative, you will:

• Oversee customer relationships throughout the Cincinnati and Southern Ohio sales region.

• Strengthen existing accounts through consistent communication, service, and follow-through.

• Generate additional revenue by identifying new customer opportunities.

• Prospect for new customers within the corrugated packaging market.

• Understand customer operations, production challenges, and tooling requirements.

• Recommend products and services that support customer productivity and business objectives.

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales on account development, sales initiatives, and territory performance.

• Independently organize customer visits, sales activities, and account priorities.

• Represent Dynamic Dies professionally while delivering the responsiveness our customers expect.

The Experience You Bring

We are looking for someone who understands the industry and can develop business through knowledge, credibility, and relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of sales experience involving corrugated packaging, cutting dies, tooling, or related industry products.

• Established knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes and customer requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accounts while generating additional sales.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.

• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to building lasting business relationships.

• Residence within the Cincinnati or Southern Ohio area is required.
