Why This One Is Worth a Conversation This is a strong option for a veterinarian who wants the breadth of general practice without sacrificing flexibility or professional development. The practice welcomes doctors at different stages of their careers, making it worth considering whether you’re looking for mentorship as a newer DVM or a collaborative environment where you can bring established experience. DVM Focus will walk you through the practice, schedule, compensation structure, team, and expectations before an introduction is made so you can decide whether the opportunity actually aligns with what you want.
