Baker

We are looking for Bakers to join our Dunkin' team! You'll work independently during overnight/early morning hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride. Depending on availability, you may also be responsible for opening the store in a timely manner. If you thrive in a quiet, fast-paced kitchen environment and take satisfaction in starting someone's day off right, this is the opportunity for you! Overall, Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. *WORK HOURS FOR THIS POSITION CAN RANGE FROM 2AM TO 10AM, LOCATIONS MAY DIFFER*

Responsibilities:

• Work well and interacts with others respectfully
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Communicate with team members
• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels in a timely manner
• Able to learn and execute multiple tasks

Operational Excellence:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Maintain clean and neat work environment
• Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment
• Pride in your work and commitment to quality
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required)
