You’ll learn basic baking and Crew Member responsibilities, prepare products with care, and serve them with enthusiasm - giving our guests a smile and a reason to come back.

Make every batch and every visit count

• Learn basic baking skills through specialized training and prepare donuts and other bakery products to brand and Quality Brand Group standards.
• Build your Crew Member skills, learn multiple tasks, and help your teammates meet guests’ needs in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Serve quality food and beverages with enthusiasm, make guests your priority, and respond promptly to concerns using your training.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures and all applicable requirements.
• Keep work and guest areas clean and stocked, including removing trash and cardboard and cleaning restrooms as directed.

What you bring to the team

• Basic computer skills for online training and basic math skills to count money and make change.
• The ability to learn to operate standard restaurant equipment safely; minimum age requirements may apply.
• The ability to lift 30–50 pounds and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists on both hands, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A positive attitude, a passion for learning, and a commitment to teamwork and great guest experiences.

Pay Information This is an hourly position with a pay range of $15.16 to $17.50 per hour.
