Original job description

Position Overview This isn't a sit-in-the-cab-all-day operator role - and that's intentional. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing whatever the job needs, whether that's running a skid steer, swinging a shovel, or helping the crew push through the day. If you've got equipment experience and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, you'll fit right in here. Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr (based on experience) Retention Bonus: $200 after 30 days, $200 after 60 days, and $200 after 90 days of employment ($600 total) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm | 40 hrs/week | Overtime available in spring & fall Start Location: Rough Creek Yard, just north of Waynesburg - Servicing Washington, Greene, Fayette, Allegheny, and Westmoreland Counties ### Company Overview A field-based oilfield services company operating primarily across Washington and Greene Counties, PA. We run lean, move fast, and take care of the people on our crew. This is seasonal work - we're upfront about that - but the right people come back every year. ### Responsibilities 1. Perform general labor tasks on active oilfield job sites including digging, hauling, and site cleanup 2. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other light equipment as needed throughout the workday 3. Transition fluidly between operating equipment and hands-on labor based on job demands 4. Support crew leads in keeping job sites safe, organized, and on schedule 5. Report to the Rough Creek Yard at 7:30am; travel to job sites in company vehicle ### Requirements Required: 1. Demonstrated experience operating skid steers and/or mini excavators 2. Willingness and ability to perform physical labor alongside equipment operation 3. Reliable transportation to the Rough Creek Yard by 7:30am 4. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred: 1. Prior oilfield or construction site experience 2. Familiarity with Washington and Greene County work areas 3. Valid driver's license with clean record ### Benefits 1. Health insurance 2. Paid vacation time 3. Company vehicle provided for travel to job sites 4. Overtime opportunities - especially spring and fall
