Contribute to architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, platform documentation, and knowledge‑sharing materials.
Support lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, component refreshes, and configuration governance.
Execute and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives in an Agile delivery framework while maintaining high quality and reliability standards.
Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, validation, and documentation for Apigee and related components.
Follow ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management processes to ensure operational consistency.
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset in supporting and advancing the platform.
