Sales Associate / Customer Service (Front Desk)

📍 River North – 755 N Wells St📍 Midland Hotel – 172 W Adams St

We’re looking for team members who are open to floating between our River North and Midland Hotel locations to support scheduling and shop needs.

💰 Compensation

• $17.05/hour base pay
• Commission on memberships, retail products, and hot tools
• Opportunity to grow your earnings through sales commissions

✨ What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with exceptional hospitality
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out
• Recommend memberships, service add-ons, products, and hot tools
• Help drive retail and membership sales
• Support the team in creating a seamless salon experience
• Help the shop achieve its customer service and sales goals

• Friendly, positive, and outgoing
• Passionate about customer service
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable recommending products, services, and memberships
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Open to working at both Chicago locations as needed
• Retail, salon, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus

🗓 Current Scheduling Needs

✨ River North

• Tuesday & Friday: 6:45 AM–2:00 PM
• Monday & Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

✨ Midland Hotel

• Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–Close
• Saturday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–Close
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

AvailabilityWeekend availability is required at both locations. Willingness to float between River North and Midland Hotel is preferred.
