Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic systems like brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical
• Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters
• Perform AC services on vehicles
• Install batteries and checks electrical systems
• Install and perform tire maintenance
• Install parts which include shock absorbers and exhaust systems
• Road test vehicles
• Able to use All Data or Mitchell to trouble shoot and research vehicle information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a mechanic
• Have an elevated level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a pre-employment physical/background check.
• Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays.
• Have the proper tools to support your experience.
• ASE and AC certification is not required but is recommended

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• While on the job, employees must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Requires use of hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
