Delivery Driver - $22.25/hr starting pay | Hiring immediately | Full-time (4 days) or Part-time (2 days) | No CDL needed
Dream Deliveries LLC is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that delivers packages to Amazon customers in Grand Forks. We're hiring Delivery Drivers now, with paid training starting right away.
Compensation and Benefits
- $22.25/hour starting pay for all drivers (not based on experience) + paid overtime
- Annual raises, plus a raise when you're promoted

- Growth into Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or Operations Manager
Schedule
- Full-time: 4 days, 32-40 hrs/week | Part-time: 2 days, 16-20 hrs/week
- Shifts start at 11:45 AM and run 8-10 hours
- One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required each week
Delivery Driver Duties
- Safely drive an Amazon-branded delivery van (provided, never your own car)
- Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery info
- Load, unload, and carry packages up to 50 lbs; use stairs and get in and out of the van all shift
- Work outdoors in all North Dakota weather
Delivery Driver Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a 4-panel drug test
Delivery or rideshare experience (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber) is a plus, but new Delivery Drivers are welcome.
