Spiral Core Packer Location: Columbus, MS Schedule: Full-Time | Monday--Friday | Day Shift (8 Hours) Position Summary The Spiral Core Packer is responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished spiral cores for shipment. This position ensures finished products meet quality standards while supporting efficient production through accurate counts, proper packaging, and organized work areas. Essential Responsibilities · Inspect finished spiral cores for quality and appearance. · Package finished products according to customer specifications. · Prepare products for shipment. · Maintain accurate product counts and production records. · Keep work areas clean and organized. · Safely handle finished products and packaging materials. · Support production as needed. Qualifications · High school diploma or GED preferred. · Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. · Strong attention to detail. · Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Physical Requirements · Stand for an 8-hour shift on concrete flooring. · Frequently squat, stoop, bend, and reach. · Frequently lift up to 25 pounds. · Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. · Work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
