Coil Cap Operator - Glue Station Location: Columbus, MS Schedule: Full-Time | Monday--Friday | Day Shift (8 Hours) Position Summary The Glue Station Operator is responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying adhesives used during the coil cap manufacturing process. This role ensures adhesive is mixed to the proper specifications and delivered efficiently to production equipment to support consistent product quality and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Essential Responsibilities · Prepare and mix adhesives according to production specifications. · Supply glue to production equipment as needed. · Monitor adhesive quality and consistency. · Maintain clean and organized workstations. · Follow established safety procedures for handling materials. · Assist production personnel as needed. · Report equipment or material issues promptly. · Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications · High school diploma or GED preferred. · Manufacturing experience preferred. · Strong attention to detail. · Ability to accurately follow formulas and procedures. · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements · Stand for 6--8 hours per shift. · Frequently squat, stoop, bend, reach, and twist. · Constantly lift up to 10 pounds. · Frequently carry up to 25 pounds. · Perform repetitive precision and speed-oriented work throughout the shift. · Work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
