Manager, Finance & Strategy, DoorDash, Inc., New York, NY. Build and maintain robust financial models to manage the in-store segment of DoorDashs Marketplace. Extract insights from large scale data sets, build business cases for new products, and work cross functionally to track the financial and operating performance of the business segment. Improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of New Verticals business model, partnering with teams across the company. Analyze data to better understand the complex relationships in the business tied to online ordering, order fulfillment, etc. Evaluate the growth as well as financial implications and trade-offs of various business actions. Utilize advanced financial modeling skills and develop a holistic strategy for merchant pricing changes the team can make to grow a particular area of the business. Collaborate with business intelligence and data analytics teams to confirm and track changes related to the financial data being stored in the database(s). Telecommuting Permitted. (MGRFS-S-102-NY)40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary range: $157,600 - $236,400/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related occupation.Qualifying experience must include the following skills (which may be gained concurrently): * Large scale data analysis; * Financial accounting; * Financial modelling; * Financial P&L management; * Reporting in Excel; and * Financial data project management.Up to 10% travel (domestic) based on business need.
