Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. More than 1.8 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using the Docusign AI-native IAM platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What you'll do
Docusign is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the end-to-end convergence of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) into Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM). This is a high-impact, staff-level product leadership role responsible for creating a coherent product strategy across CLM and IAM, defining the capabilities required for a unified customer experience, and driving execution across multiple product pillars. This leader will help accelerate the next phase of platform integration. You will establish strategic alignment, shape unified architecture requirements, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across AI and agentic automation, collaboration and integrations, workflow intelligence, and contract foundation capabilities. The role is designed for a product leader who can operate effectively in complex, enterprise-scale environments; connect customer problems to platform strategy; and lead through influence across product, engineering, design, go-to-market, and enterprise co-innovation teams.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management.
Responsibility
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for CLM-IAM convergence. Establish the principles, priorities, and decision framework for a unified CLM and IAM customer experience
- Define unified architecture and interoperability requirements across CLM and IAM, partnering closely with engineering and architecture leaders
- Drive cross-pillar planning and execution across Al and agentic automation, collaboration and integrations, workflow intelligence, and contract foundation. Provide center product ownership for core CLM capabilities and CLM-IAM interoperability while partnering closely with teams building common IAM capabilities
- Lead discovery and prioritization for enterprise-scale capabilities such as structured and tabular data extraction, high-volume agreement ingestion, federated security, obligation-management integration, multi-instance Salesforce connectivity, and MCP-based access to CLM data
- Establish operating mechanisms for roadmap alignment, dependency management, executive communication, and cross-pillar risk resolution. Represent the CLM-IAM convergence strategy with senior executives, strategic customers, and internal stakeholders
- Partner with design, research, data, enablement, marketing, sales, customer success, and support to deliver an integrated experience and drive adoption
- Define outcome-based metrics and use customer feedback, product usage, market signals, and business results to guide investment decisions. Mentor product managers and raise the quality and consistency of product strategy across the organization
