We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who is more than a manager. We are looking for a true leader.

Our ideal candidate understands that a successful dental practice requires more than schedules and systems. It requires someone who can inspire a team, create accountability, build trust, and bring people together around a common vision. You will be responsible for leading daily operations while serving as the driving force behind team engagement, performance, and growth.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated professional who can confidently lead a practice, support the doctors, and help overcome operational challenges by creating structure, consistency, and a culture of excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of dental professionals to achieve common goals
  • Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Work alongside owner doctors to identify operational opportunities and implement solutions
  • Bridge communication gaps and ensure clarity between providers and team members
  • Drive productivity, scheduling efficiency, treatment acceptance, and patient satisfaction
  • Hold team members accountable while maintaining respect and professionalism
  • Develop systems and processes that improve practice performance and consistency
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain exceptional team members
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to guide decision-making
  • Resolve challenges proactively while maintaining a calm and solutions-focused approach

What We're Looking For

  • Previous dental management experience required (2+ years)
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing successful teams
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations, scheduling, treatment planning, and patient experience
  • Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to inspire teams during periods of growth and change
  • High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to execute and follow through
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of practice performance metrics

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You are the person others naturally look to for direction
  • You don't wait for problems to be solved. You identify them, create solutions, and bring people together to execute them
  • You understand how to support doctors by strengthening systems, improving communication, and building a team that consistently delivers outstanding patient care
  • Most importantly, you know how to turn a group of employees into a unified team

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance incentives and bonus opportunities
  • Paid time off
  • Health benefits
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A leadership role with real influence on the future growth of the practice

If you are an experienced dental leader who thrives on building teams, improving performance, and creating a culture of excellence, we would love to hear from you.
