Software Development Engineer 3 – Multiple Openings

Position: Software Development Engineer 3 (multiple openings), Divisions Inc. dba Divisions Maintenance Group, Cincinnati OH Duties: Responsible for gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements to define system integration scope, data flows, and functional specifications across enterprise applications. Design, develop, and support integration solutions using Boomi, an enterprise integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), to enable secure and reliable data exchange between ERP, CRM, and other internal systems. Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and validations using structured data formats including XML, JSON, and CSV. Build and support realtime, event-driven, and batch integrations to ensure accurate and timely transfer of financial, operational, and customer data. Configure and support integration workflows for core business processes such as order management, billing, payments, customer management, and supply chain operations. Design and support REST and SOAP-based APIs, implementing standard error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms, and participating in integration testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and regression testing. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure integration solutions align with business requirements, data security standards, and compliance needs. Develop supporting scripts and logic using Java and Groovy, perform data analysis and validation using SQL, and troubleshoot integration and data issues. Provide ongoing production support for enterprise integrations, monitor system performance, support critical financial processing cycles, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, efficiency, and scalability. May work remotely from any location in U.S. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field of study. 5 years of experience with the Boomi AtomSphere integration platform. 3 years of experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite applications. 3 years of experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). 5 years of experience with database integrations using Boomi's Database, JDBC/ODBC, and custom connectors. 3 years of experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS, MQ, or RabbitMQ. 5 years of experience with REST/SOAP APIs and API Management. 5 years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. 5 years of experience with JavaScript or Groovy scripting. 5 years of experience with SQL development and performance tuning. 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps automation. 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. 5 years of experience with architecture patterns and troubleshooting methodologies. 3 years of experience with AI/ML-based automation or LLM augmentation in integration workflows. 5 years of experience with high-volume financial/ERP data integrations. 5 years of experience with Boomi Atoms/Molecules performance optimization. 3 years of experience with enterprise API governance frameworks. 5 years of experience with high-volume financial transactions, audit-driven processes, or ERP migrations.
