The Role

As our Hotel General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the property, including guest satisfaction, team engagement, financial performance, operational excellence, and brand standards.

You'll set the tone, build a culture of accountability and service, and lead a team that's proud to wear the logo.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being visible, developing people, and creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, labor management, and profitability goals
• Build, coach, mentor, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
• Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent
• Ensure brand standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements are consistently met
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Corporate teams to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market share
• Monitor and improve guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery efforts
• Build relationships with guests, ownership, and the local community
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel and lead by example

Qualifications

What Makes You You

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or an accomplished Assistant General Manager ready to take the next step
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and performance metrics
• Experience leading and developing successful teams in a hotel environment
• A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable navigating challenges while maintaining a positive guest and team experience
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on both service excellence and profitability

Preferred Qualifications

• Hilton brand experience is highly preferred
• Experience managing hotel financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
• Proven success improving guest satisfaction scores and operational performance
• Experience working within a branded hotel environment
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field is a plus
