Original job description

About DigniFi:

DigniFi is a mission-driven company whose Point-of-Sale financing solution helps 2,000+ partners increase revenue, drive accessory orders, and decrease deferred repairs. By partnering with dealerships and service centers, DigniFi offers financing products at the point of sale for consumers to finance auto repairs, service, parts, accessories, maintenance packages and more.

Our mission is to help auto dealers and service centers grow by offering their customers innovative, inclusive financing. Our vision is to make financing for the needs of daily life accessible and inclusive. Come join us on this exciting ride!

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be a key partner to our dealership customers, helping them unlock growth, increase engagement, and get more value from our solutions. You will own a portfolio of accounts, build trusted relationships, and use data and insights to identify opportunities, coach customers, and drive measurable GMV growth. From onboarding new accounts to developing high-performing partnerships, you will have a direct impact on customer success and the growth of our business. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for a proactive relationship builder who loves solving problems, influencing results, and helping customers win.

What You Will Do:

Execute the full onboarding sequence on every newly handed-off account against Playbook milestones: welcome, training, first application, first funded transaction, 30-day check-in, 60-day review.
Run the tiered engagement cadence defined in the Account Management Playbook for every account in the assigned portfolio, based on current GMV tier.
Actively work to move accounts up in GMV tier through coaching, advisor-level training, and structured touchpoints.
Log every touchpoint in CRM within 24 hours, per the Playbook documentation standard.
Complete all required retraining, review, and escalation actions on Playbook timelines.
Own and report on portfolio KPIs: dormancy rate, capture rate, GMV at risk, portfolio GMV growth, touchpoint coverage.
Escalate through the Playbook's defined escalation framework rather than independently re-engaging.

Who You Are:

2+ years in account management, customer success, or inside sales, managing a portfolio of 75 or more accounts.
Experience in automotive retail or fixed operations (service drive) strongly preferred. Experience with dealership software, F&I, or consumer financing is a plus.
Track record of growing revenue or usage within an existing book of business, not only retaining it.
Comfortable working from data: able to read account performance reports, spot trends, and prioritize outreach based on them.
Skilled at remote training and coaching, able to teach a product to busy dealership staff by phone and video.
Disciplined about process and documentation, including following a defined playbook and logging all activity in CRM.
Proficiency in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Why You’ll Love Working at DigniFi:

High-growth opportunity with terrific upside potential.
Founded to provide aid to people when they unexpectedly need help...responsible, respectful, and transparent access to a better financial future for our customers.
Excellence-driven organization that values work/life balance.
We’re a tight-knit team that values collaboration and genuinely loves working together.
Ultimate workplace flexibility.

What’s In It for You:

Flexible PTO
12 Paid Holidays
Up to 80% Employer-Paid Premiums for Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Long-term Disability Insurance
Basic Life Insurance
Paid Parental Leave
Matching 401k
100% Remote Work

Where You Will Work:

This position is remote.

Salary:

The base for this position is $55,000 a year. DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.

Statement of Non-Discrimination:

In keeping with our beliefs and goals, no employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital/domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability status, or veteran status. Above and beyond discrimination and harassment based on “protected categories,” we also strive to prevent other subtler forms of inappropriate behavior (i.e., stereotyping) from ever gaining a foothold in our company. Whether blatant or hidden, barriers to success have no place at DigniFi.

DigniFi is not considering candidates who require visa sponsorship or visa transfer at this time.
