Functional Consultant

Functional Consultant Multiple openings | Full-time or contract | Texas, Latin America or remote international Is your superpower problem solving? Digineox is hiring Functional Consultants who combine business analysis, process improvement and project delivery to turn business problems into working solutions. You will help energy and industrial clients improve margins, drive growth and reduce risk, from requirements through go-live. We are hiring across four tracks. You need depth in one, not all four; tell us your track in the application.

Tracks

• Terminal Operations: operational workflows and terminal management systems such as Honeywell, Emerson, OpenTAS etc. Texas or Latin America; fluent Spanish required.
• Finance & Accounting Systems: finance process improvement and systems such as Workday, SAP and NetSuite. Texas (Houston hybrid or remote within Texas); full-time or contract.
• Procurement & Supply Chain: source-to-pay processes, including sourcing, contracts, purchasing, receiving, invoicing and supplier management, and systems such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP and Ivalua. [Texas or remote international]; full-time or contract.
• Enterprise Applications & Project Delivery: functional and project management work across Coupa, Hexagon/Octave EAM, SAP, NetSuite and Workday. [Texas or remote international]; full-time or contract.

What you will do

• Understand business problems, analyze current processes and design practical improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document requirements, process flows, functional designs and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and support applications, working with technical teams and software providers on integrations and implementation.
• Plan and run project activities: tasks, risks, dependencies and status reporting.
• Support testing, training, cutover and user adoption.

What you bring

• 3-8 years of business analysis, functional consulting or systems implementation experience, with ownership of defined deliverables.
• Depth in at least one track: terminal operations, finance and accounting, or enterprise applications and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with at least one application named above.
• Clear written and spoken English and confidence working with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Availability to support US business hours; Texas and Latin America roles include travel to client sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
• Experience in energy, terminals, manufacturing or other asset-intensive industries.
• Finance track: accounting degree or certification (CPA, CMA or similar).
• Project management certification or formal training (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile).

Compensation and benefits Texas: competitive salary (full-time) or hourly rate (contract), based on experience. International pay is set at or above local market and based on skills, experience and assessment results.
