Our customers are typically Battery manufacturers, pack assemblers, Automobile manufacturers and their Tier 1 OEM and Energy Storage related companies. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring knowledge of power electronics (power supplies, rectifiers, PCB), metrology and computer / IT. Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Field Service Engineer will take responsibility for tasks related to field activities at the customers site, and also for online and phone related requests from customers. One of the most important aspects of the job is to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process: for this, the engineer should be able to think quickly, communicate clearly internally and with customers, and make decisions quickly. Essential Job Functions: 1. Perform initial commissioning of Battery Test and Battery Formation equipment 2. Perform calibration and / or repair of Battery related equipment 3. Provides remote support via phone / email / online tools 4. Provides training for users Responsibilities: 1.
