Processing Operator - WM Team B

You’re the kind of person who keeps things cooking - literally. In this role, you’re at the center of the chip-making process, managing the fry from start to finish. It’s fast, it’s hot, and it takes focus - but you take pride in getting it right.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating kettles and monitoring the frying process
• Assisting the Lead Kettle Operator and stepping in as needed
• Maintaining oil levels and adjusting equipment (including slicers)
• Coordinating with prep and packing teams
• Inspecting product for quality and food safety
• Completing logs and reporting any issues
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and keeping your area organized

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hot, noisy environment
• Physical stamina to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
