Teacher Assistant/Bus Driver

The Teacher Assistant is responsible for supporting the Teacher's efforts to implement a successful education program that results in school-readiness for Pre-K children and a desire for life-long learning. The Teacher's Assistant ensures that bus services are provided at all times possible. Contact employer for a complete job description. REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma or GED. Certifications as required by Head Start, Day Care Licensing, Agency and/or WV Board of Education. Minimum of 6 months of closely related work experience is preferred. General familiarity with MS Office and data entry programs. Valid driver's license with proof of liability insurance, obtain CDL within 6 months of employment. Acceptable pre-employment criminal background check, protective services record check, substance abuse screening, driving record, and others. Regular physical examinations documenting job fitness. Able to obtain and/or maintain other required licensing as required. For Example: CPR, First Aid, S.T.A.R.S Certification, Food Handlers Card, etc. BENEFITS: Insurance, PTO - Sick, Vacation, Holidays. SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours weekly.
