Systems Administrator Work with a team to support Systems Administration with Linux and Windows

Location: Reston, VA Salary: Up to $220K (salary is commensurate with education and experience) Clearance: Active TOP SECRET with Polygraph required Job Code: 11042026-6607-01

Required Experience

• Experience with systems administration
• Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in enterprise environments.
• Experience administering Linux systems.
• Experience administering Windows systems.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl, or similar languages
• Digital forensics or storage recovery experience
• Demonstrated understanding of:
• Windows and Linux operating systems
• Common file systems (NTFS, FAT/exFAT, ext3/ext4, XFS, Btrfs, etc.)
• RAID technologies and disk management
• Disk partitioning (MBR/GPT)
• Storage interfaces including SATA, SAS, NVMe, and USB
• Linux Unified Key Setup (LUKS) encrypted file systems
• Experience troubleshooting damaged, encrypted, or non-standard storage devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional team

Highly Desired Experience

• Experience administering and configuring the sponsor collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical environments.
